What this policy covers
This policy explains how Astreyo LLC ("Astreyo", "we") handles information when you visit astreyo.com or email us at an astreyo.com address. Each of our products, such as Seadanse or Seed Audio, has its own privacy policy on its own website, and that policy applies when you use the product.
What we collect on this website
astreyo.com has no accounts, no forms, no advertising and no analytics, and it does not set cookies. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes the technical data every website receives, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
When you email us
If you write to us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you put in the message. We use it only to reply and to keep a record of the conversation. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not sell or share your message with anyone for marketing.
Who we share information with
- Cloudflare, which hosts this website and handles our email.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep email conversations for as long as we need them to answer you and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, then delete them.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop using it. Email privacy@astreyo.com and we will reply within 30 days. If your request is about one of our products, you can also use the contact address in that product's privacy policy.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
